      I’ve been looking for something slightly sweet for either breakfast or a snack throughout the day, as Keto is mainly savory foods. I can’t stand the taste of sweeteners, so the ingredients for the chia seed pudding are perfect! I love the subtle coconut flavor and sweetness from the vanilla. I added diced up strawberries to mine, also. I made 5 servings and kept in my refrigerator for 5 days and each day the pudding tasted great. This is a new weekly staple for me!

      Who is Lesya?

      Lesya Holzapfel is a stay-at-home-mom with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Since switching to a Ketogenic diet she has lost over 110 lbs after both of her pregnancies. Her passion for health has led her to take the initiative to start a Ketogenic Blog to help other people lose weight and improve their health.

      After noticing a weight loss stall and increased inflammation, Lesya decided to switch to Clean Keto. Realizing there was a need for Clean Keto recipes and Meal Plans, she decided to create both a Clean Keto Reset for Weight loss Plan and a Clean Keto Snacks and Drinks Recipe Book.
