Instructions

    2. Half the peppers and deseed them. Rub with olive oil and place in the oven while you make the sauce.  (15 min)

    3. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add in the diced onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.

    4. Add in the ground beef, marinara sauce, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

    5. Take the peppers out of the oven and fill them with the meat sauce. Bake for another 15minutes or until peppers is tender.

    6. Garnish with fresh basil
