Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Add the cilantro, salt, pepper and coriander. Combine well.
  2. Add in the sesame oil and mix well. Marinade for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the smoker to 225°. 
  4. Arrage wings on rack. Smoke for 1 1/2-2 hours. 
  5. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Melt butter over medium heat in a suacepan. Add in the jalapenos and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in the sriracha and bring to a boil. 
  6. Toss the wing in the sauce when they are done and garnish with more cilantro.
