Cauliflower Mash


Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add in Kale and cook until it withers.
  3. While Kale is cooking, toss Shrimp in chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper.
  4. Add Shrimp to skillet and cook until Shrimp turns pink.

Notes

Serve with Cauliflower Mash
