Slow Cooker


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. 
  2. Season roast with salt and pepper. Sear roast on both sides until roast is nicely browned. 
  3. Transfer roast to a slow cooker.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water, ranch seasoning, Au Jus Gravy, butter and peppers. 
  5. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Roast should pull apart.
