Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, heat heavy cream to a simmer. Add in sweetener until it dissolves. Remove from heat.
  2. Add in vanilla, hemp hearts and coconut flakes. Combine.
  3. Fold in peanut butter until mixture is smooth.
  4. Using a small scoop, scoop mixture on lined baking sheet. 
  5. Let cookies set in room temperature.
