1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil and chopped garlic.
3. Brush the sauce on salmon. Leave 1 tbsp aside for kale.
4. Toss the remainder of the sauce in kale.
5. Place kale on sheet pan and top with salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is 145° F.
