  • 3 large tomatoes 
  • ¼ chopped onion
  • 2 jalapeños, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt.
  2. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
