  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl whisk the egg, oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Toss in the green beans and mix
  4. Process the Pork Rinds in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs
  5. Sprinkle in Pork Rinds on the green beans and toss gently
  6. Transfer on a baking sheet
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden
  8. Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast on the top right before serving
