Who am I?

Hello! My name is Lesya. I am a mom of 2 girls, full time blogger, personal coach and a food photographer. I’ve been following a low-carb Ketogenic lifestyle for almost 4 years now.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and have always had a passion for health and nutrition. After the birth of my first daughter, I was stuck with 50 extra pounds on my body. After exhausting all other options, I decided to try Keto. I lost all of my baby weight and then some. With baby #2 I gained a whopping 60lbs. I tried following Keto while pregnant, but the carb cravings got the best of me. After my second baby was born, I immediately started Keto and lost all 60 lbs in less than 9 months. 

Keto is a powerful and therapeutic way of eating if it’s done right. My approach to a Ketogenic Lifestyle is ”Real Food First”. I mostly follow a Clean Keto approach which is dairy-free, free of sweeteners and processed and packaged foods. I believe that when we focus on whole, real nourishing foods, we can heal our bodies from the inside out. 
I created the Clean Keto Reset after gaining 15 lbs while following a Keto diet. I realized I was doing Keto the wrong way. After eliminating dairy, sweeteners and Keto packaged foods, I lost 15 lbs in one month.

Can I follow this meal plan even if I'm not following a Ketogenic Diet?

Yes! This meal plan is for anyone who wants to lose weight or improve their health with eating whole, real foods without added carbs, sugar or dairy.

How many meals do I need to make per week?

To save time and money, you will be making a 6 meals a week with 2 snacks. Meals repeat every other day.

What about weekends? what do I eat?

Weekends are a chance to go "freestyle" (I provide a food list for options), finishing up any left overs and meal prepping for the following week.

What if I don't like certain foods that are on the menu?

Feel free to substitute any food item from the food list on page 5. Adjust the macros accordingly.

What are the macros for this Meal Plan?

My goal was to stay around 20g of Net Carbs per day. Macros are so personalized so the goal of this meal plan is food quality and getting into Ketosis.
