Here is what eating “Clean Keto is:

As far as tracking goes, it’s really up to you if you want to track macros, but to be honest with you if you are eating all the foods you should, you won’t need to worry about tracking.

Try and keep your carb intake to 20-30 grams of total carbs per day, because that is how the best results are achieved.

  1. What Abt..cheese?? It says no dairy, but I heard u can have all the hard cheeses I want. U also don’t have hamburger meat on this list.
